Program Description
Virtual visit to Fire Island, We'll embark on a virtual nature walk that will involve the Beaches, Berries and Butterflies. we'll learn about the sandy shore of Fire Island and talk about the many plants that keep it steady during the onslaught of waves and wind that would carry the sand away. Learn about the many plants that produce berries that provide food for the wildlife. Then we will focus on the Monarch butterflies that visit Fire Island seashore along their migration.
