Moving for Life Kids, is a healthy "dance to the music" class that is based on science, dance and the work of exercise physiologist Dr. Martha Eddy. and Certified Movement Analyst and Dancer, Dafna Soltes Stein. This dance class engages students using dances that are fun, full of expressive rhythms and brain challenging. A great mind and body workout that works with breath, circulation, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. CRSE criteria: All bodies are beautiful, especially when dancing for self expression. Best experienced over several weeks 1 -2 x weekly, but even one class is fun!
