Program Description
Students will use recombinant DNA tools known as restriction enzymes to analyze and compare DNA. By examining restriction patterns of Lambda DNA, they will work to identify an unknown endonuclease, uncovering how scientists decode genetic information with precision. **AGREEMENT TO TERMS needs to be signed by an authorized District representative and on file to process any Contract requests submitted to AIE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS, REQUESTS WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT AGREEMENT TO TERMS ON FILE WITH AIE. **The Technical Services Agreement needs to be made available to teachers who participate in BNL programs.
