Participants learn about the history of Ginger and Gingerbread and utilize culinary artistry to learn color coordination and basic design techniques to decorate a variety of themed baked cookie products appropriate to current lesson plans. (i.e. turkeys for Thanksgiving, Houses for Christmas, Hearts for Valentine's Day, Flowers for Spring). Appropriate for all grade levels.
