Uniquely designed program for young students (K-6) to spend quality time in healthy and mindful exercise at their own desks. Adjustments made in music curriculum and levels will be upgraded for Middle to High school students. With careful consideration of social distance criteria in the upcoming school year, Zumba Zumba Virtual Plus is a leased,week-long, pre-recorded series focusing on mind, body, spirit and most of all FUN! You will receive your week long Zumba package that will consist of a new Zumba, Hip, Hop, or Step routine daily, yoga-chair stretch, history lesson on the origins of the music and culture of dance in Zumba exercise, fun sing-a-long with graphics, puzzles and final quiz. Programs can be designed and tailored as needed. My goal is to continue to keep the arts alive and students actively engaged physically and mindfully to help reduce the stress of their new learning experiences.
