Program Description
Uniquely designed program for young students to spend quality time in healthy and mindful exercise at their own desks. With careful consideration of social distance criteria in the upcoming school year, Zumba classrooms is a leased,week-long, pre-recorded series focusing on mind, body, spirit and most of all FUN! You will receive your week long Zumba package that will consist of anew Zumba chair routine daily, yoga-chair stretch, history lesson on the origins of the music and culture of dance in Zumba exercise, fun sing-a-long with graphics, puzzles and final quiz. A prize from the Zumba lady can be given along with any ideas the teacher may have to reward correct answers. Programs can be designed and tailored as needed. My goal is to continue to keep the arts alive and students actively engaged physically and mindfully to help reduce the stress of their new learning experiences. www.TheZumbaLady.com.
