Program Description
Discover how creative writing, art, and ancient Chinese puzzle pieces work together. Your students will enjoy folktales, the history of tangrams and explore student created tangram pictures. Then they write their own story and create tangram objects to illustrate it! We discuss "Character, Problem, Solution" as a quick way to start writing fiction, non-fiction or personal narratives. Fun, easy, hands-on learning! Standards covered: MA: Cr 1.1 PK-6, MA: Re 7.1 PK-6, MA: Cn 11.1 PK-6
