Accompanist for student performances and/or rehearsals. 30+ years in choral and classroom music as a teacher, performer and accompanist. Served as SCMEA All County Choral Conductor and served multiple years and Divisions as SCMEA All County accompanist as well NMEA All County accompanist. Seasoned performer for concerts, musical theater, pit orchestras, NYSSMA and other performances. Served multiple times as Music Director for Community Theater productions at The North Fork Community Theater in Mattituck. Possesses an empathetic, caring and knowledgeable approach to accompanying concerts which encourages students to feel comfortable and supported in exploring and performing musical expression. Deep knowledge in selecting and performing musical repertoire which represents many cultures and experiences. Experienced as both a motivating and collaborative conductor as well as keyboardist for musical theater pit orchestras.
