This program acquaints the students with the diverse cultures and countries of the Spanish speaking world through its music and dance. Program includes the Argentine Tangos, Mexican dance, Latin, Salsa and Spain's Flamenco. Program emphasizes the uniqueness and variety of each country united by the Spanish language and their dances are looked at as a language communicating the unique "spirit" of the culture. Audience participation is included throughout the program and students learn a short choreography combining steps from various Latin Caribbean dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia on stage with performers.
