Dancing the Water Cycle

Presented by Kinesthetic Intelligence Plus, Inc.

"Did you know that the only food plants need is air and water? Did you know that without water, plants and animals can't stay alive? Lets learn how the water cycle works! And then, lets make a rain dance that shows all the parts of the water cycle!" With these words, Dance Teaching Artist and Choreographer Dafna Soltes Stein engages student interest in using their bodies to kinesthetically understand and expressively demonstrate each stage of the water cycle. Students are accompanied by a 4 part musical round written by singer songwriter Tom Chapin. For more about Dafna and her workshops dafnadafi@gmail.com
