Program Description
Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana's (originally, Spanish Dance Arts Company, Inc.) workshops and residencies are a great addition to our lecture/demonstrations, allowing smaller groups more in-depth exposure to the art form. Students learn a simple choreography that they can share with parents and peers! The 45-minute workshop cost includes two simultaneous classes (30 students each, for a total of 60 students). Students work with a dancer and a musician during these workshops. We are offering both live and pre-recording performances, residencies, and workshops in flamenco dance and music. We are currently using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Instagram Live, and YouTube. We are also open to adapting to new platforms depending on school preferences.
