Spanning 265 acres of hardwood forest and home to over 10,000 animals and more than 700 species, our park contains numerous innovative, forward-thinking exhibits that are designed to immerse visitors in the surroundings of different regions around the world. Every visit to the Bronx Zoo is unique and unexpected - you never know what you will see or how you might connect with the animals. At the Bronx Zoo we foster community, and create an inviting culture for all to enjoy.
