Program Description
In this interactive program, students learn about the role of salt marshes in maintaining a balanced environment and the impact humans have on these fragile ecosystems. Set along West Meadow Creek, an 88-acre wetland habitat, students explore the shoreline to collect and/or identify marine specimens. Students learn how the salt marsh is home to many vital, delicate relationships between living organisms, land, and water.
