Program Description
Students visit the Epenetus Smith Tavern, a stagecoach stop and scene of significant activity during the Revolutionary War. Students learn about life in the 18th century by creating a stenciled tavern sign, writing with a quill pen, making a candle and holder, learning the art of silhouettes and enjoying colonial games.
