Program Description
Sports & Fitness Performance delivers comprehensive, school-based strength and conditioning programs that integrate seamlessly into existing athletic department structures. Working directly with student athletes across all sports and grade levels, SFP provides individualized movement assessment, performance training, speed and power development, injury prevention, mobility and recovery programming, and coach education — all within the school's athletic calendar and facility environment. Programs are built around each school's specific team needs, competitive schedule, and staffing structure, and are delivered by a CSCS-certified practitioner with over two decades of school-based experience. This full residency model positions SFP as an embedded member of the athletic department — attending practices, working alongside coaching staff, and delivering structured training sessions across multiple sport seasons throughout the school year. Assessment data is tracked longitudinally, allowing for measurable athlete development over time and providing athletic directors with actionable program performance data. This model has been successfully implemented at several Long Island schools, serving hundreds of student athletes annually across multiple sport seasons. Districts interested in this engagement model are encouraged to contact SFP directly to discuss scope, scheduling, and investment.
