In this workshop, Peggy Rakas, music educator and certified life coach, empowers teachers in the arts to enhance job satisfaction and classroom effectiveness using principles from positive psychology and insights from master teachers. Drawing from the latest research and Rangan Chatterjee's book, 'Happy Mind, Happy Life,' participants will discover practical tools to reduce overwhelm, cultivate optimism, gratitude, and a centered mindset. These strategies aim to profoundly benefit both teachers and students alike This workshop is priced for 2 hours but it can be any length from 1 - 2 hours depending on your needs. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
