Program Description
The Raising Resiliency program is an inspiring presentation for students & staff of all ages. Timothy Shoemaker M.S., shares research, insight and real-world techniques for managing stress, improving coping skills and pursing success under any condition. The father of two teenagers, Tim adeptly applies his techniques to the every-day lives of teenagers and young adults. There is a Live Assembly version as well, which can take place via Zoom or in person. In this On-Demand Remote delivery, a series of video lessons is paired with discussion and exercises. Teachers may facilitate with students or students can be enrolled in the course. Teachers may track and confirm completion of the course.
