Program Description
Explore an exhibition with a Museum Educator a they lead engaging conversations. Group discussions challenge students to think critically and look carefully, developing visual literacy skills and encouraging them to express their unique points of view. Participating in Long Island’s Best 2025 and looking to explore the Museum and help your students to generate ideas? This program includes both a virtual tour of a Museum exhibition using Zoom or Google Meet and access to a video overview of Long Island’s Best – how to get inspired, submit artwork, and more – to watch and share with your students! Each program earns your school 4 additional entries into Long Island’s Best. Register for LI Best go to heckscher.org/libestregister by November 22. There is a $75 non-refundable registration fee.
