Program Description
Explore the current exhibition with a Museum Educator as they lead engaging group discussions challenging students to think critically and look carefully, developing visual literacy skills and encouraging them to express their unique points of view. Participating in Long Island’s Best 2027? explore the Museum and help your students to generate ideas! This program provides access to a video overview of Long Island’s Best – how to get inspired, submit artwork, and more – to watch and share with your students! Each program earns your school 4 additional entries into Long Island’s Best. Register for LI Best go to heckscher.org/libestregister by Nov. 20. There is a $85 non-refundable registration fee.
