Utilizing a "community of responsibility" approach, this workshop uses real-life examples to teach bystanders how to safely intervene. The program was developed by leading researchers and helps students, faculty, and staff to identify behaviors of violence, develop empathy for those who have been victims, and practice safe and appropriate intervention skills.
