Program Description
Moving for Life Kids, is a healthy stand by your desk and dance to the music class that is based on science, dance and the work of exercise physiologist Dr. Martha Eddy, this dance class engages students using dances that are fun, full of expressive rhythms and brain challenging. A great mind and body workout. CRSE criteria: All bodies are beautiful, especially when dancing for self expression. Best experienced over several weeks 1 -2 x weekly, but even one class is fun!
