Program Description
Our students need to move more than ever. This is a wonderful opportunity to continue our Zumba Zumba workshops and take them outside! What a healthy way to get our students engaged with the great outdoors and limitless wonderful challenges. We begin inside and line up as directed, in a distance matter. I will give them an amazing warm up and then we head out. Being able to use the fresh air and our own breath control, yet being careful and mindful. Let's give it a try! The attached video is an outdoor instructional series I created for the schools in April.
