Program Description
We add the ARTS to STEM in this one-of-a-kind virtual production that explores how storytellers working in theater and film use SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ART and MATH to bring their vision to life. Special effects, animation, movie magic technology, green screens, and a behind the scenes tour of an actual working theater bring together the Art of STEM and Stories. This engaging virtual production can be viewed as a full half-hour, or in shorter segments that are perfect for classroom use. The comprehensive study guide includes bonus videos that give kids step by step directions on how to make their own animation devices, along with downloadable templates. There is a version of the show for K-2nd audiences, and a version for 3rd-5th.
