Participants choose one presentational art form such as Writing (Non Fiction); Documentaries, Reportage, Speechmaking), and a Practice (Mindfulness, Visualization, Moving Meditation, Contemplation). Teaching Artist Karen De Mauro designs and leads a session for your chosen topic. Conversations (pre-recorded and live stream) with professional Writers, Performers, Artists, and Naturalists, along with interactive techniques for viewers inspire and prompt participants to do their own work.
