Our Mindful Art program blends creativity with calm, offering a unique experience that supports students’ emotional well-being while engaging their artistic side. More than just an art class, this program uses mindfulness practices and hands-on projects to help students (and staff, if desired) better understand how to manage stress, build resilience, and express themselves in healthy, positive ways.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to foster self-awareness, emotional growth, and inner calm through accessible art mediums like drawing, painting, and clay work. One favorite among schools is our Lotus Project, where students paint a dark, muddy background while learning about the Lotus flower—a symbol of perseverance and transformation. As they paint the blooming flower, they reflect on their own ability to rise through life’s challenges and become something beautiful.

Each workshop is designed for up to 20 students per period.
$300 per session
$277 per session when booking multiple sessions in the same day
Half-Day: Up to 4 class periods
Full-Day: 5 to 7 class periods
