Program Description
This program will teach the student alignment for the dancer. This knowledge and understanding will help improve technique, reduce the chance of injury and help heal existing injuries. If the student plans on teaching dance, this information will enable the students to have a better understanding when teaching, support their efforts to develop a class that supports their students growth and reduces the likelihood of injury. Topics include alignment of the feet/legs, turn out and arms and upper body.
