Program Description
Raising Resiliency is a poignantly moving student assembly designed to enhance Emotional Resiliency amongst students and staff. Tim reveals the lesser-known, but essential techniques used by many teens to easily carry the burdens of life. He describes the qualities found in those developing resiliency and describes how to improve coping skills. Specific stress-relief techniques are discussed and real-life stories are used to bring the resilient perspective to life. Tim leaves his audience with a wealth of coping skills, perseverance techniques and critical perspective to use in their daily lives. Available in Live, Virtual and On-Demand options.
