Program Description
Lee, now a Radiant Child Yoga Teacher, virtually leads your students in exciting and creative Yoga Stories pairing yoga moves and flows with the SCIENCE of animal behavior, weather, character education and teamwork. Yoga stretches, Brain Gym exercises, along with powerful breathing, help children focus, relieve stress and calm anxiety. The exercises improve posture and self-esteem, while building strength and confidence. Chose from: African Safari Story, Olympics Teamwork, The Bear Family Visits the Aquarium, Birthday Party at the Farm, Halloween Party Story, Stinky People of the Mountain Story, and the Mystery of the Circus Performers-Case of the Missing Baby Giraffe. Will also add stories to go with other themes.
