Virtual Art Explorers - Learning and Engaging at the Museum

Presented by Hofstra University Museum

Students view and discuss original works of art through facilitated inquiry-based discussion which is followed by hands-on art activity. Grade appropriate sessions address the NY state standards and are based on the Museum's diverse collections, exhibitions and/or the outdoor sculpture collection. Program takes place in our intimate gallery space and aims to foster the development of inquiry, literacy, observation, analysis, communication, and critical thinking skills.
