Program Description
This program teaches students how to maintain a point of focus and gives them ways to develop people smarts, body smarts, and school smarts. It uses a combination of drama games, point of attention work, and completing stories to connect the each exercise to the curriculum. The fully participatory embodied learning approach increases inner and outer connection to content and to personal concerns. It introduces enjoyable ways to practice inclusive listening, personal space, and group problem-solving.
