Program Description
Interact with life from a profound, deep, inner sense of our selves rather than a superficial, surface, outer sense of ourselves. The ongoing development of this inner world creates a space from which being in the present moment is a possibility, for without this we lack the awareness that facilitates this possibility. Just as a dedicated dancer practices a dance routine prior to a theatrical performance -where the end goal is that the dance and the dancer become one-in a seemingly seamless & enchanting manner, in a similar way the practice of postures along with breathing techniques and mindfulness encourages us to develop to our fullest potential in our dance with & through life.
