Program Description
Kids today have so many more stressors and anxieties than past generations, just as a product of our modern world. However, studies show that teaching kids relaxation techniques at an early age can help improve test scores, sleep hygiene, social skills and compassion -- not to mention overall mental health! Program creator and presenter Brian Chevalier has packaged all this information into an engaging and fun 45-minute musical presentation, guaranteed to leave your students more relaxed and with the tools they’ll need to get there in the future. Your students and staff will learn about mindfulness and meditation, and how to incorporate these practices into their everyday lives. Our presentation runs the gamut from how to fall asleep better to how to focus before a big test, and everything in-between! Your students will learn how to be kinder and more compassionate individuals through the power of mindfulness.
