Program Description
Photographer, writer, raconteur, traveler (87 countries / 49 US states) and a certified NY teacher provides an enthralling exploration of North and South America (emphasis on Latin America and the rain forest). Programs combine photography (Powerpoint), artifacts (traveling museum) and anecdotes to educate, motivate and promote character education (multi-cultural respect). Examines Aztec, Maya and Inca civilizations, the explorers and "conquistadores", the culture of this region, the rain forest, endangered species and Galapagos Islands. Fees: $1750- 1 show / 2 workshops (back to back)); $2250-2 shows (back to back); $2600 (full day shows and workshops). A celebration of Latin culture from Mexico to Argentina and many of the countries in between (Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, Guatemala, Cuba...). Teachers and students enjoy our shows because we make students better students and better human beings! On display: butterflies, snakes, piranhas, insects and a poison dart frog as well as many other fascinating artifacts.
