Program Description
Combine art, storytelling and math for this Action Science program! First, your students solve a folktale story about butterflies and flowers. Then they 'fly' their paper butterfly around to 'exchange pollen' with the 'flowers'. Next, they 'dance' a honeybee Waggle Dance to communicate with their bee friends, and 'drink' using a proboscis! Easy and fun science! We'll mail you the 'pollen' (brightly colored pom poms), the proboscis (straws) and paper flowers!
