Program Description
Some of the world's best loved folktales, "Stone Soup," "The Gingerbread Man," "Goldilocks", "The Magic Porridge Pot," and "Anansi's Hot Bean Soup" are about food! Combine these folktales with the creative writing methods of sign language, draw and tell, paper-cutting or tangrams and you have a scrumptious combination! After enjoying these tales, our students will decide on their favorite food and write their own folktale!
