Program Description
Students experience the Civil War by rotating through Seven stations of American Civil War Living Historians. Presentations to include any of the six stations depending on availability. Union or Confederate Mounted Horse Cavalry, Union Infantry, Confederate Infantry, Infantry units demonstrate musket firing and drill, Field Surgeon, Telegraph, Women's Victorian fashion, Civil War era cooking demo over a campfire, Confederate General AP Hill, Field Music and firing Civil War Cannon. This is a hands on interactive program with Living Historians interpreting the American Civil War in correct period dress. Cost varies base on the number of stations chosen for the program.
