Program Description
This artist in residence program uses Puppetry to introduce students to the wonderful world of science. This Arts integration program also incorporates, Literacy learning, Social and Emotional skill, as it relates to health science for children. Using Puppet theater, music and visual a children learn the three basics of science; Physical Science, Earth Science and Health Science. Students learn the scientific Method for experiments. In addition students create their own puppets as reinforcement activity to perform skits, and work in collaboration.
