In an interactive program, students will create an original story that includes the critical elements of character (name and gender/human or animal), specific setting (place and time), and a problem to be confronted and resolved. Decision-making and development of plot and character will be incorporated, eliciting all the attributes directly from the students as we create a complete story recorded on large chart paper to be left on display with the class.
