NYC-based photographer, writer, raconteur, traveler (87 countries and 49 US states), and a NYS certified teacher (secondary Social Studies), Michael Harrold (aka "Mr. Mike"), will enlighten students about being a photographer and discuss the basics of 35mm DSLR photography (digital photography) - aperture, shutter speed, lenses, filters and accessories. Engaging program for introductory to advanced students explains how to improve your skills with a camera to create and capture those magical moments. Mike is contracted with a stock photo agency in NYC, exhibits his work and reveals his secrets to taking great photos. Students are enthralled as they can tell he loves what he does!
