Using his experiences as an actor and police officer (retired), Mr. Failla engages audiences in an interactive exploration of issues critical to students’ development. Using theatrical characterization, topics including ethical decision making, avoiding destructive decisions, leadership, tolerance, diversity, bullying and harassment are discussed. Students are empowered to create a school climate of civility, respect and acceptance. Goals of the Dignity for All Students Act are addressed.
