The "I Am Unafraid" anti-bullying program is backed by seventeen years of research and experience which suggests student empowerment is one of the most successful and sustaining ways to reduce bullying! The program is cleverly designed to educate and equip schools with a proven four-point strategy: U N A - Avoid bullies. F - Find a friend. R - Report bullying. A - Act confident. I D HERE'S WHAT YOU GET - A high-energy, hilarious, action-filled, storytelling, crowd-engaging, research-validated presentation that Engages, Educates and Empowers - Free "I Am Unafraid" stickers for all attendees, displaying the "Unafraid" acronym to reinforce the program strategy, which is an excellent way to communicate with parents & caregivers. - (4) "I Am Unafraid" posters, (10) "I Am Unafraid" wristbands and (1) "I Am Unafraid" t-shirt. - Pre and post-program study guides to collect information and reinforce the principles. - A Free copy of the I AM UNAFRAID Book/DVD/CD just released at Books-A-Million, Barnes & Noble and Amazon. HERE'S WHAT ELSE YOU CAN GET - A credentialed teacher in-service is offered to help set up a comprehensive, school-wide anti-bullying program, and professionally train teachers, staff, and stakeholders. - Supporting resources including "I Am Unafraid" wristbands, stickers, posters, banners, lanyards, t-shirts and more! DOES THE PROGRAM WORK? The "I Am Unafraid" program and curriculum is evidence-based, research-validated. Research shows an average 50% reduction in bullying incidences with the elements of the strategy (DiBasilio, 2008).
