Program Description
Conductors can often find ourselves getting in the way of the very music we’re trying to make, becoming "co-dependents" to our ensemble’s bad habits. Join me as we explore ways in which we can be more efficient in our gesture and more understanding in our coaching, with the goal of challenging the ensemble to take ownership of the process by focussing on their own musicianship and creative impulses.
