Program Description
Children of Courage is a storytelling program with LuAnn Adams telling true stories & folktales about young people facing challenging experiences in their lives (violence, war, bullies) who stand up with extreme kindness & courage. The program includes a true story from the Civil War, a true story of a teacher who saved the storyteller's life when she was bullied & a folktale from Africa about a blind boy who rights a wrong done to him (a theft) using dialogue. This is a character building. Anti-Bullying program. Study Guide, Follow-up workshops available. My most requested program for older elementary and middle school students.
