Box Out Bullying uses the power of live, interactive theater to deliver age-appropriate assemblies that align with New York’s Dignity for All Students Act (DASA). Since 2008, we've partnered with Suffolk County schools to blend high-quality performance with research-based bullying prevention strategies. Students learn by seeing, listening, and doing—making each assembly a powerful, lasting experience. Our shows are tailored for lower elementary, upper elementary, and middle school, and focus on clear, practical solutions: the difference between conflict and bullying, grit, resilience, empathy, and most of all—bystander empowerment. With humor, heart, and high production value, we turn important lessons into a celebration of positive school culture. We provide everything—sound system, sets, props, and professional actors who are relatable and engaging to audiences. Includes pre-assembly study guides and post-show lesson plans.
