Program Description
Discover what makes a reptile a reptile! What adaptations do these creatures have to live in some of the world's most unique environments? Reptiles from marine environments are covered along with terrestrial species. Live animals we bring for touching MAY include a diamondback terrapin, painted turtle, ball python, corn snake, milk snake, leopard gecko, blue-tongue skink, or bearded dragon. Preserved sea/reptile artifacts are also brought in. Large group or science night/fair? This can be done "touch tank style" for $260/hour (2 educators needed)... ask us how!
