Consumer Education and Health & Safety assembly program. David Levitan presents an entertaining and very informative program educating school-age consumers on how to avoid being ripped off in an era when advertisers and marketers consider children their prime target. Real world examples and practical insights cover topics such as TV commercials, internet safety, junk foods, carnival games and con artists to show students how they can be tricked in the real world for their real money, and how to make better, safer choices. A valuable program with real life lessons for young consumers.
