Author and master storyteller Michael Caduto performs traditional tales from the Provinces of Italy. Students meet a wizard, wise elders, sinister elves, ogres and animals who can talk. These tales, retold in a new voice, are chosen for the wisdom they contain. The ancient lessons include the value of virtues such as bravery, generosity, faithfulness, courage, belief in the equality of all people and in the power of true love.
