Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana (originally, Spanish Dance Arts Company, Inc.) arts-in -education programs use the rich and powerful art form of Flamenco to build understanding and communication between young people of different cultures. The lecture/demo blends education and entertainment as four artists perform in full traditional costumes and explain the intricacies of flamenco dance, song and its cultural history. Flamenco Vivo's single performance includes up to two back-to-back 45-minute performances at one location or online. The multiple performances cost is for up to four performances at two different locations (for example two local schools) in one day.
We are offering both live and pre-recording performances in flamenco dance and music. We are currently using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Instagram Live, and YouTube. We are also open to adapting to new platforms depending on school preferences.
