Custom Tours is a student tour operator for educational, cultural and artistic use. The cost of transportation, food and board cannot be included in the Arts-in-Education CoSer. Any work with this vendor must itemize all costs; only arts-related entrance fees can be contracted through ES BOCES Arts-in-Education.
