Program Description
Programs are presented in your school to individual classes. Minimum 10 students/Maximum 30 students per class. Come step back in time with this hands-on program. Children examine objects and artifacts to discover how Long Island Native Americans used the land to survive. Pre-K - grade 2 role play a typical day by grinding corn, listening to a story, and planting a Three Sister Garden to take home. Grades 3-4 make and decorate clay pots to take home. This program is a favorite in November but can be presented any time during the school year.
