Program Description
Learn about Long Island farm life in the Colonial Period with a visit to our Franklin Arthur Farmhouse. Hands-on activities include: wool carding, spinning wool and flax, weaving on our full-size looms, using and crafting hand-made toys (which each child can take home). Children can visit our farm animals and eat lunch on our grounds following the program. Now available during the school year and summer months.
